At Tapito, we provide a comprehensive AI-powered Restaurant Operating System on a flexible pay-as-you-go model via "Credit Packs" and "AI Tokens". Due to the digital nature of our proprietary software, APIs, and the immediate deployment of cloud resources upon purchasing, we do not offer refunds or credits for any payments once they have been successfully processed.
By purchasing a credit pack or AI tokens, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Because Tapito operates strictly on a pay-as-you-go model, you are not bound by any recurring subscriptions or auto-renewal commitments. You can stop using the service at any time without needing to officially cancel a subscription.
If you wish to fully delete your account and associated data, please refer to our Privacy Policy for data removal requests. Note that choosing to delete your account or stop using Tapito does not qualify you for a refund of any unused credits or tokens.
Any "Credit Packs" (used for offline/online sync orders) or "AI Tokens" (used for automated voice POS) purchased individually are strictly non-refundable. Paid credits or tokens hold no monetary value outside of the Tapito platform and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another business entity.
The only exception to this No Refund Policy is in the event of a documented billing error or a duplicate charge directly caused by our payment processor. If you believe you have been charged in error, you must contact our support team within 7 days of the charge to request an investigation.
